In the relief of the stele, at the highest point, there stands a magnificent palace adorned in gold and jade. It features all kinds of buildings like the Moon City, Corner Tower, Inner City, Tombstone, Gate Platform, Divine Wall, Stele Pavilion, Altar, and Spirit Platform. The mountains and rivers in the background are distant views, and instead of hills or stone bases beneath the palace, there are several rays of colorful light and mist floating in the air, surrounded by flying dragons, creating an otherworldly scene of celestial pavilions.
Below that, the scene depicts the Sacred Path beneath the Xuan Palace. On both sides of the path, the mountains stretch endlessly, with towering peaks looming ominously, enhancing the majesty of the floating palaces. This Sacred Path is likely the stream valley known as Insect Valley.
Fatty chuckled and said, “King Xian wants to be a god so badly that he built a tomb like the Jade Emperor’s heavenly palace. Why not just bury him on the moon instead?”
